SHIPPING OVERVIEW
1st Phorm ships orders Monday through Friday, with any order placed before 2:00 PM CST, guaranteed to ship out the same day.
All orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. For example, if you place your order at 6:00 PM on Friday, we will process and pack your order over the weekend, but the shipping carrier won’t pick it up until Monday.
All delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the selection chosen.)
UPS delivers packages Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
USPS & FedEx deliver Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.
UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping do provide a guaranteed delivery date from UPS. You can see those delivery dates during checkout under each expedited shipping option.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING NOTE: UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air delivers Monday through Friday. For example, if you place an order before 2:00 PM CST on Friday and choose Next Day Air, your package will be delivered on Monday. If you place an order before 2:00 PM CST on Thursday and choose 2nd Day Air, your package will be delivered on Monday. Both rates will show an expected delivery date during checkout based on your address and when you’re placing your order.
We offer free standard shipping to all 50 states and US territories on orders $75 and above. *Excludes 1ast Phorm Energy 12 packs. Purchasing digital items such as gift cards does not count toward the $75 minimum*
Shipments to P.O. Boxes APO/FPO/DPO addresses must select USPS shipping. These shipments can ONLY be delivered by USPS and will be automatically changed to a USPS carrier method if there is a conflict in the shipping selection.
Final shipping costs will be stated before the completion of checkout.
Once your package has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time you placed the order. Please allow 1 business day for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.
ENERGY DRINK SHIPPING
Orders with any 12 Pack of Energy Drinks will be charged a flat rate shipping cost: $9.99 for the first 12 pack, and $3.99 for every additional 12 Pack of Energy Drinks (excluding 4 packs and Variety 6-packs of Energy Drinks, these still qualify for free shipping over $75)
12 Pack of Energy Drinks will ALWAYS ship separately from other items included in the order. We do this to minimize the risk of your package being damaged in transit. You will receive 2 tracking numbers for orders including 12 packs of energy drinks.
4-pack of Energy Drinks will be shipped with other items depending on the size and weight of the overall package.
LEVEL-1 BAR SHIPPING
Shipping Level-1 Bars During Warmer Months
During warmer months (April-September), Level-1 Bars cannot be in transit over the weekend, as they run the risk of melting by the time they hit your doorstep. Therefore, Level-1 Bars that are purchased after 2 PM CDT Tuesday will ship the following Monday.
If you order other products with your Level-1 Bars later in the week, those other products will ship first, according to our standard shipping policy (Monday-Friday). Then, your Level-1 Bars will ship separately the following Monday.
For example, if you place an order that contains Level-1 Bars and other products on Thursday at 10 AM, we will ship everything in your order except for your Level-1 Bars the same day … then, we will ship your Level-1 Bars separately the following Monday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping costs do not include import fees, customs, duties or value-added taxes (VAT) by default. There is an option to select shipping that DOES include duties, VAT, and other international taxes, which are designated in the specific shipping option. All prices listed are in USD.
We are currently unable to ship to Mexico, Germany, Brazil, or Spain.

Does 1st Phorm Ship to P.O. Box, APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
YES! Shipments to P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses must use USPS shipping. These shipments can ONLY be delivered by USPS and will be automatically changed to a USPS method if another method was originally chosen at checkout.
