Help! My app isn't working/loading
If you ever get a spinning wheel or the app won’t load, here are some tips that have worked for others:
- If you are on Wi-Fi, try turning it off. Some corporate networks may block application traffic.
- If you are on cellular data, check your data settings. Phones can be configured to disable application data while not on Wi-Fi: Apple Support: Check the cellular data usage on your iPhone
- Clear caches. Menu>Support>Clear Caches
- Clear App Storage. Menu>Support>tap Clear Caches x5
- Make sure you’re on the most recent version of the 1st Phorm App in your App Store
